By creating an account or using Noiseless, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Service Description
Noiseless is a software service that connects your X and Slack accounts to surface relevant content. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis during private beta. Features, limits, and pricing may change.
3. User Obligations
- You must own, or be authorized to operate, the X and Slack accounts you connect.
- You may not use the service to harass, spam, or violate the terms of X or Slack.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The Noiseless software, brand, and documentation are owned by us. Content surfaced from X belongs to its respective authors and platforms. Your decisions and preferences belong to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noiseless is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months, if any.
6. Termination
You can disconnect your accounts or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or upstream platform terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
