1. Data Collection
We collect only what we need to run the service: your email address (via Google sign-in), your X account handle and OAuth tokens, your Slack workspace identifier and bot installation tokens, and the post IDs and decisions you make inside Slack DMs.
What we don't collect
- We do not read your X direct messages.
- We do not collect your Slack messages outside of your DM with the bot.
- We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.
2. Data Usage
Your data is used to discover relevant X posts, rank them against your past decisions, and deliver digests to your Slack DM. Aggregate, de-identified metrics may inform product decisions.
3. Data Storage
All data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted in the United States. Tokens are encrypted at rest. Each tenant's data is logically isolated; queries are scoped to the authenticated user.
4. Third-Party Services
- Supabase — authentication and identity
- X (formerly Twitter) — content discovery via the X API
- Slack — message delivery and reaction capture
- Anthropic / OpenAI — ranking and summarization (content only; no identifiers)
5. Data Retention
Discovery runs and decisions are retained for up to 24 months to support personalization. You can request earlier deletion at any time via the contact below. Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days.
6. User Rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate records, or full deletion. Disconnecting X or Slack revokes our tokens and stops further data ingestion immediately.
